Bathymetry is on all of our maps. Make sure that the "Base Map" layer is turned on in the map layers menu.
To view the bathymetry of a region without any other layers, simply turn off the SST, chlorophyll, or Altimetry/Currents layer that is selected. The map layer that is selected is highlighted in green in the map layers menu. Click the layer that is highlighted in green to turn that layer off, and the bathymetry will show much better.
You can see the bathymetry with any layer turned on, but turning the layers off makes the bathymetry much easier to see.
